Many neighbors I speak with in Baltimore Highlands feel neglected. For decades, special interests have controlled our councilperson, steering resources toward developers while neighborhood needs were pushed aside. That’s why roads like Daisy Ave. are in disrepair and too many streets still lack sidewalks despite major opportunities like light rail access, waterfront proximity, and a naturally walkable, bike-friendly street grid.
Now is the time to change course.
